- assuring the traffic of construction documents in the head-office and on sites;
- communicating with the other departments, maintaining contact with the design subcontractors and guaranteeing the correct traffic of the documents;
- assuring the reception of the design documentation, checking and following each designer’s numbering system;
- archiving documents and drawings (paper and electronic), replacing superseded versions with the new ones;
- registering drawings and documents (internal drawing register) and uploading drawings on a software called 4projects;
